Miha Kebe, graduated in 2020

I’ve had a really positive experience with the QF masters and I think it opened up a lot of opportunities for me.

It is really rare to see such a concentration of motivated, ambitious, open thinking people that were all excellent at their home universities in their home countries, yet still decided to go out of their comfort zone, go through the rigorous MSc QF selection process, move abroad alone, embrace the new international culture, make new friends, go deeper into a new area of science (for some finance, for others stochastic calculus) learn new languages etc. In addition, the well-connected and friendly alumni network proved to be helpful when looking for internships and jobs.

Patrick Matei Lucescu, graduated in 2020

The Quantitative Finance master program has represented an important step in my career development. The combination of both empirical and theoretical courses has allowed me to familiarize myself with a wide range of subjects. Coupled with the opportunity to take courses outside of the curriculum as well as the willingness of the lecturers to share their vast knowledge, this has motivated me to continue my studies by pursuing a PhD.
